Finqor acts as Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023 for customer account and platform operations data.
Account details, uploaded finance records, usage/security telemetry, and device metadata required for service delivery.
We use data to run the platform, send operational notices, improve quality via anonymised analytics, and satisfy legal obligations.
The no-account GST reconciliation page reads Purchase Register and GSTR-2B files in browser memory. File contents, invoice rows, derived matches and exported workbooks are not uploaded to Finqor. Resetting or closing the page clears the working set. Ordinary web-server security logs may still record technical request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, but not the contents of the files selected in the browser.
Indian customer personal and financial data is stored in India; any external processing uses masked data and lawful controls.
Access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination requests can be raised via Privacy settings or privacy@financeops.in.
Operational and statutory retention schedules apply (financial records up to 8 years; account and audit retention as configured).
We use essential security/authentication cookies only. See Cookie Policy.
